We've Got little, but BIG Shoes to Fill.

We're looking for an experienced, team-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Accounting team. As The Controller, you will help grow and maintain Kitchen Magic's Finance and Accounting functions‚ including but not limited to ensuring a high level of integrity in, and the timely completion of, all financial activities, actively engage with all departments, supporting operational needs and driving productivity with advice, analysis and financial direction.

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE? If so, here's what you need to have for the job:

  • Manage month end- closing processes, including but not limited to; timely generation of financial statements, completion and review of account and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounting A/P, A/R, financial data
  • Establish processes for inventory control
  • Solve problems and identify financial opportunities
  • Communicate with receiving, purchasing and production manager
  • Produce reports from the ERP for managers
  • Present financial reporting and potential risk areas to senior management.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to support the financial infrastructure.


  • BS in Accounting and Finance, CMA preferred
  • 3+ years' experience as a controller or similar level in a sales and manufacturing environment
  • Supervisory experience
  • Hands on experience with an ERP system
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
