WHAT WILL THE TEAM LEADER/PROJECT LEAD DO?

Then the Project Leader position is the opportunity for you! We are looking for a well-organized and detailed oriented person who has great communication skills to work with our customers in ensuring the success of their kitchen remodeling project.

HOW WILL THE PROJECT LEADER DO IT?

  • Assist customers with any of their questions and concerns to ensure that they are receiving an Awesome Customer Experience.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with both customers and installers.
  • Work with installers to confirm and set installation dates and deliveries of materials.
  • Maintain required documentation in job folders and on the computer system to support all projects.
  • Act as a liaison with customers, installers, vendors and internal staff.
  • General office duties: filing, scanning, answering phones and all other duties as assigned.
  • Work effectively with other departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist our installers by taking material orders and problem solving.

WHAT WILL THE PROJECT LEADER NEED?

  • Experience working in an office setting.
  • Prior experience working for a construction company or installer highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations.
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong problem solving skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
