Your ability to support our Production, Maintenance and Human Resources groups in a challenging and dynamic work environment doing reporting, payroll, scheduling and assisting in projects promises to be fulfilling to both you and our team. This position will reside in Nazareth, PA.
What you?ll get to do:
+ Resolves invoice issues for Production and Maintenance and advises the appropriate person on corrective actions needed. (Managers, Supervisors, etc)
+ Contacts vendors to resolve issues such as admittance address issues, questions on invoices, delivery confirmations, etc.
+ Entering daily Production numbers into SAP.
+ Payroll for the hourly workforce, including edits in Kronos and payroll issues.
+ Scheduling for the hourly workforce.
+ Bill of Maintenance for the Maintenance Dept.
+ Reporting for Production at End of Month.
+ Assisting on special projects as they arise at the plant.
+ Follow plant and MSHA Safety Policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment. Maintain an awareness of plant environmental standards. Takes corrective action to address minor problems or reports compliance issues to appropriate supervisor for resolution.
Who we are looking for:
+ A High School Diploma.
+ Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
+ Proficient in math/financial skills.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Kronos experience a plus.
+ Ability to use SAP, MS Office, and other applicable software applications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
