We‚ re looking for an experienced, team-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Operations team. As the Assistant General Manager, you will help grow and maintain Kitchen Magic‚ s manufacturing areas‚ including but not limited to overseeing all aspects of the company‚ s manufacturing and shipping/receiving processes and functions.


ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE? If so, here‚ s what you need to have for the job:

  • Analyze the manufacturing process and quality control of the company‚ s raw and finished products to ensure the profitability of the company utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Manage the manufacturing, shipping/receiving, fleet management and facilities management to ensure proper training and safety standards of manufactured goods and deliverables.
  • Assist in recruitment, and selection of new hires and provide direction, development and leadership to all employees.
  • Establishes standard work and key performance indicators in order to analyze productivity and ensure maximum efficiencies in operations.
  • Maintains needed levels of raw materials to ensure the timely and efficient completion of finished products.

YOUR CREDENTIALS:

  • 3 ‚ 5 years of experience working as a manager in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing processes and techniques required
  • Prior experience in cabinet re-facing and manufacturing a plus
  • High sense of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Experience in budget management and bottom line accountability
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding problem solving, project management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Capacity to work well with a diverse set of personalities and departments at all levels
  • Must have ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and easily adapt to change
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior working knowledge of ERP (i.e. Info) systems a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
