We‚ re looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Sales team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will help grow and maintain Kitchen Magic‚ s in home sales team by providing a motivation, coaching, training and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have experience in in-home sales and/or kitchen remodeling.

ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE? If so, here‚ s what you need to have for the job:

  • Mentor and coach a team of Outside Energy Consultants to exceed sales goals by; Conducting regular team meetings, recognizing outstanding performers and mentor those who are not delivering required targets
  • Develop recommendations for organizational and process improvements to ensure efficient selling practices
  • Work with recruiting to screen and hire new team-members


  • 2-3 years of experience working in in-home sales
  • Prior experience managing a field sales team
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Overcome objections effectively
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High sense of integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
