- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of all meat products - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cutting tools, equipment, and work area - Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies - Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations Skills:
