We're looking for a part-time, team-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Accounting team.
As an Accounting Assistant, you will help maintain Kitchen Magic's Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable among other tasks within the department.
What does the role involve? Answer inquiries from vendors, suppliers, and employees.
Process vendor and customer invoices in the appropriates systems.
Prepare and run reports as required.
Maintain accurate accounting records and files.
Assistant the Accounting Specialist with account receivable and payable activities as directed.
What is required? Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred Minimum 2-3 years' experience in general accounting, or accounts payable/receivable Syteline experience preferred, not required Excel proficient (pivot tables, formulas, formatting) Exceptional organizational skills Ability to prioritize and track open items through completion JOB SPECIFICS:
